1. Service-Based Refunds

Since YesMedia provides digital, creative, and marketing services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Work that has already been completed or delivered

  • Ongoing monthly services that have already commenced

  • Paid campaigns and ads once budgets have been allocated

  • Delays caused by incomplete client requirements or lack of response

However, refund requests may be considered if:

  • The service has not started

  • No work or resources have been allocated

  • You cancel the service within 24 hours of payment

All approved refunds will be processed after deducting administrative or processing charges (if applicable).


2. Project Cancellations

If you choose to cancel an ongoing project:

  • Any completed work will be billed proportionately

  • No refunds will be issued for milestones already delivered

  • Unused work may receive partial credit, subject to review

YesMedia reserves the right to cancel projects due to non-cooperation, inappropriate behavior, or violation of terms. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.


3. Digital Products & Subscriptions

For digital downloads, templates, or subscription-based services:

  • Refunds will not be issued once access is granted

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins

  • You may cancel future renewals anytime


4. Paid Advertising Budgets

Any advertising amount paid for platforms like:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

  • Google Ads

  • YouTube Ads

  • LinkedIn

  • Other ad networks

is non-refundable, as these funds are directly spent on third-party platforms.


5. Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • The amount will be returned to the same payment method used during purchase

Processing times may vary based on bank or payment gateway policies.
